Virtual Assistant for Event Professionals
I know how much hard work goes into creating joy for other people.
Hi, I’m Elizabeth Coopersmith. I spent almost 15 years as a professional wedding and event planner in Los Angeles, where I live with my husband. I’ve coordinated over 300 weddings, and I am intimately aware of what’s like to start the morning with a full checklist – your particular full checklist, at that – in pursuit of a client’s dream of a beautiful day.
I’ve written three books on wedding planning, and contributed to two national best sellers on the subject. I’ve also written for the Huffington Post, Wedding Wire, Brides, and a Practical Wedding. I’m a wedding officiant, too, which is just fun.
It’s Never About The Money
I know that you love what you do, because of the results it brings to your client’s lives. The full dance floor, a laughter- filled room. The perfect picture that they’ll have forever, reminding them of a dream fulfilled. You can’t see me now, but I’m grinning, just thinking about it.
There are busy days and sleepless nights, and as an event industry entrepreneur, you’re probably running your business all by yourself. You help your clients every day – They need professional help to create their event. This is why they hired you. But when it comes to your business, it’s hard to let go and get the help you need, even with the smallest tasks. Why hand that stuff over to someone when you will get to it…eventually? DIY’ing those tasks looks easier and cheaper, but it really isn’t.
I’ve seen many event pros struggle with this juggle – the work they love with the work they have to do in order to do the work they love. And after so many years of being a planner, and having faced and conquered that struggle myself, I just want to help. Don’t DIY the small stuff, or continue to worry about the bigger stuff that you don’t have the skills to do and definitely don’t have the time to learn. Delegate it.
As a virtual assistant for event industry entrepreneurs, I’m using my expertise, experience and skills to help you run an efficient, stress-free business, which means you can focus on on the work you love and have the time to cultivate a life outside of it.
