Simplify to Amplify

The Struggle every business owner faces: A huge desire for success and an equally deep desire for simplicity - Marie Forleo

Simplify your business to amplify your results.

What does that mean? Or more importantly, how do you do it?To me, simplifying your business involves cutting extraneous steps out out of your workflow process, either by combining them where possible or  decreasing the wait time between them. For example, as I explained in this Facebook Live video , creating a google doc of a pdf you send to every one of your clients so you can share the link, or going a step further and creating a custom tinyurl.com link so it's easy for them - and you - to remember it.

Automation

Simplifying your business also involves creating as much automation as you can. Creating templates for your emails. Signing up for a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system that will keep track of all of your client information and workflows. Creating a one click proposal-contract-invoice in your current CRM so prospective clients can sign and pay in one place and three clicks. Pop-ups for email subscriptions. Contact forms that, when completed,  sends them to your appointment calendar. Or a questionnaire. Or wherever you want them to go next.Read: How to Keep Personalization in your automation

How Does This Amplify Your Business?

  1. It saves time. Time spent emailing, copying and pasting. Waiting for the contract to come back before you send the invoice. Waiting for the payment to come before you start the project. You can accomplish more in less time. And anything that saves time...
  2. Creates space. Space to grow and scale your business. Space to provide a higher level of service to your current clients. Which in turn leads to...
  3. Less stress. No more guilt about missing deadlines, or keeping up with your business as it grows. No more worrying about when and how it's going to get done, but it's already ...done.

When you simplify and streamline your business systems, you become more productive, which increases your chances to become more profitable, too.If you'd like to talk about more way to simplify and grow your business Contact me or go directly to my calendar to schedule a free consultation.Los Angeles Virtual AssistantI'll talk to you soon,Elizabethp.s.
