This will make scheduling in Honeybook easier!

I love Honeybook, Elizabeth. We all know that. I work with a few different CRMs, but Honeybook was my first, and it's my favorite. Honeybook isn't perfect, but it's always making progress every time I look.

Did you pick the scheduler challenge from last week's newsletter?

Actually, whether you did or not, I have good news - Honeybook fixed one of their oldest scheduler issues - appointments can now be made without generating a project date. Now, you can choose whether they generate a project or not. This means:

  • Your scheduler for family and mini-sessions can be set to generate project dates, so you don't have to change it after they book

  • Your sessions for appointments with collaborators and clients will not generate new projects

  • You can create a scheduler for personal appointments and not worry about extraneous projects that pop up

  • The scheduler you choose for your lead forms can automatically generate a project date.

More flexibility, less clean up. Progress. Take a look at the video below to learn how to make it happen. Send me a reply if you have any questions.

Do you know what's coming up on January 23rd? You can insert late fee into your invoices. It's a weapon that has to be wielded carefully, but I've got you. Stay tuned.

Is it time to take another look at your Honeybook account and figure out what needs to be tweaked this year? My CRM audit is only $37 through January, so book one now
