I'm the one with the fitbit permanently attached to her hip, and it's my usual self-care go-to - when all is is failing, go take a walk.. Zane (Mr. Coopersmith) is more of a hiker, but when I go with him, I'm generally ill-prepared. Too hot, too cold, left the water bottle in the car but how do you carry that around, anyway?
