The Book I'm Loving This Week
When: The Scientific Secrets of Perfect Timing, by Daniel H. Pink. Timing may not be everything, but it definitely helps. I've learned why you should schedule doctor's appointments (and court appearances) in the morning, work breaks every couple of hours, avoid starting big projects in the afternoon, and other scientifically based-time hacks to improve your day. The one I tried this week? Drinking a glass of water BEFORE I grab a cup of coffee. So far, it's feeling pretty good.
Oooh, PRETTY!
I found this on100 Layer Cake, and it was like, "Oh, you can do the napkin that way!" I know, I'm probably late. But the napkin and the plate and gold silverware is just perfection, perfection. This wedding in Cabo was styled and coordinated by Amy Abbot Events with Florals by Pina Cate. Go to 100 Layer Cake for pictures of the whole wedding, it's gorgeous.
