You still need your website. Really.

Trust me. I’m not just a designer, I’m a client.

It's all yours.

There is a great quote by Leland Dieno (that's not part of the four) that I loved this week:

“Your website is the center of your digital eco-system, like a brick and mortar location, the experience matters once a customer enters, just as much as the perception they have of you before they walk through the door.”

Let’s talk websites. And best practices with websites. And some stuff you maybe didn’t know about your website.

1.Squarespace's new feature for 7.1 - Drag and Drop with Fluid Engine.

I’ve been promising this video for a couple of weeks, now, and here it is. Drag and drop, you guys. Time-saving, game changing a platform that was already awesome.

It’s only available with Squarespace 7.1, and if you don’t have that, well, it’s probably time for you to re-design your site anyway.

2. 40% of visitors leave websites that are not mobile optimized. 57% of internet users say they won’t recommend a business with a poorly designed website on mobile.

I told you to check what your website looks like on your phone! If you can’t read or navigate it, or you know, like the way it looks, neither will your visitors.

3. How to do a quick Diversity, Equity and Inclusivity Website Audit

It’s 2022 and we all think we have it down. Maybe you do. Maybe not. The next 5 minutes could tell:

Are there any other ways you need help to grow the best version of your business? Email me back, or visit my website to find out about my Honeybook and website design services.

I’ll talk to you soon,

Elizabeth
