How Does the Five Day Website Design Work?
We’ll start with a 2 hour meeting to finalize what you want your site to look like, including branding, photos, copy, etc. Note: you will provide all website copy but I will edit it as necessary.
I’ll send you an extensive and detailed questionnaire/checklist covering everything I need to start working on your site, and a link to your client portal to share it.
We’ll have one more confirmation meeting before your VIP week to make sure I have everything I need, and that we’re on the same page about your website.

How The Honeybook Set Up Works
Before your VIP week, we’ll do a two hour audit of your current client workflow, every step from inquiry to onboarding to delivery to completion, including anything you want to add. This will be the map I’ll use to personalize your Honeybook account. Your words, your voice, your branding. This will be a separate session from your Website consultation.
I’ll send you a checklist of all the documents I’ll need to get started on your Honeybook account.
We’ll have one more confirmation meeting as part of your VIP experience to go over the checklist and make sure we have everything we need.
On your VIP Day, I’ll convert all of your business documents and emails into your new Honeybook system.
Then I’ll create inquiry and project automations for each of your services. You’ll never have to worry about sending a follow up or missing a project deadline again.
After I’m done with the set up, we’ll have a recorded training session within 48 hours to show you how to use your new Honeybook account. You’ll have also have a 60 day customer service period after your VIP Experience to ask any questions you want.
