Four for Friday: Can YOU Do This in Honeybook?

It’s been a busy week, knee-deep and covered in Honeybook set-up. Honeybook upgraded a LOT of features this year, and some of them will help you and your team members manage your clients just that much better. Make the boat go faster, so to speak. I made a video on Instagram, but let me break down how you can make this happen in your own account:

#1. Honeybook App

I could go on and on about how much I love the app, and it’s one of the few CRMs that has one. For me, it’s a great way to keep track of my account while I’m on yours in Desktop. But, it’s also great for sending emails, sending templates on the fly, and it’s really easy to use.

I love being useful…

#2. Send Inquiries To Team Members, Too

Say you have a VA that handles your inquiries. Or another team member that handles certain project types. You can set up your contact form so that inquiries that come through get emailed to you both.

Go to tools>contact form>settings >invite team members and choose the chosen.

3. Everyone gets a scheduling calendar!

You were also able to create multiple schedulers. Now you can assign those calendars to different team members.

Click on the scheduler to edit it >availability>select and unselect team members

#4. Choose what time your emails get sent

One of the wedding planners I’m working with is on the east coast. Yesterday I needed to follow up with her about our call this morning, rather than send it last night and risk it getting lost, I scheduled it to send at 9am EST, so it would be at the top of her inbox in the morning.

New email > write it > click on the down arrow next to "Send" >customize the time.

Like I said, aside from the app, you should be able to do this in your CRM, and in your business, too. Can you?

What else do you need so you can love to run the business you love? Click the link below to schedule a 30-minute audit or talk about what you need right now!

I’ll talk to you soon,

Elizabeth
