How to Get Out of F** it mode

Don't draw attention to what's missing: That's a basic rule in wedding day management. Keep the guests away from the reception while it's being set-up. Don't present any problems to your couple unless until you're SURE you can't solve it yourself. NEVER announce that there's no cake - that last one is a true story, btw. Discretion is an unsung wedding day hero, keeping everything calm and moving along.

It doesn't do as much good when you're managing your clients before the big day, unfortunately. It can lead to an increasing creep of what I call "F**k it Mode", when you're stretched in so many directions that your client system starts to fall apart. You didn't get your invoice out on time? F**k it, you'll get paid eventually.

An important questionnaire you forgot to send. A reminder you didn't have the time to give. The LAST invoice for your services that you didn't send to them before the wedding. You shrug it off, or you scramble (again) to make up for it. Best case scenario is it's a small thing you can compensate for, but it wastes time you already didn't have. Worst case scenario: it's something that dings your client's wedding day and your bank account.

Does this sound familiar? When F**k it mode becomes a habit, it can be expensive in many ways.

Honeybook automates all this stuff, creating more time and money in your business. Everything you and your clients need for their wedding or project can be scheduled to go out exactly when you want it to, totally getting you out of the scramble and rush of scratching out the time (where??) to do it yourself.
