There are so many different ways that it’s necessary - nay, essential - to lay out the best possible processes that are going to get you the best possible result - you get booked and paid. According to Hubspot, 90% (!) of customers rate an immediate response as an essential part of customer service. But here's the kicker - 60% of those define "Immediate" as 10 minutes or less. Wow. I think we all knew we were there, but seeing it in print hits home. Ten minutes?
