Ten Minutes. TEN.

So, what do you do? WHAT DO YOU DO?

You've only got 10 minutes to save the sale!

Something I found out while I was doing research for my webinar last month: According to Hubspot, 90% (!) of customers rate an immediate response as an essential part of customer service. But here's the kicker - 60% of those define "Immediate" as 10 minutes or less. Wow. I think we all knew we were there, but seeing it in print hits home. Ten minutes?

But what is an immediate response?

Many entrepreneurs set up an autoresponder to their inquiries, a nice happy message that informs their prospect that they'll get back to them as soon as possible, or even (worse) gives them a "reasonable" time frame, usually between 24 hours and a week. With the amount of competition that's out there, they could be long gone before you get back to them. What I tell my CRM and website clients is that your immediate response should take them to the next step in your nurturing process. A brochure or questionnaire is good. Sending them a link to schedule a consultation with you is better. You're going to have to talk to them anyway, so you might as well set it up now. Don't put them off, put them on your calendar!

You can set this up as an automation in Honeybook, or Dubsado, or straight from your website. Save some time and save the sale, too.

New Service: Honeybook Hours

If you need help, I’m offering Honeybook Hours, hourly done-with-you tutoring that you can use to automate inquiry responses, questionnaires, contact forms, whatever you need to optimize your account, starting at $75 an hour. They are also available to use for Dubsado or for your website. Schedule your Honeybook Hour here, and let me know what you need.

I’ll talk to you soon,

Elizabeth
